This website aims to provide updated information about Simon Brodie, best known as the inventor of the hypoallergenic cat and the developer of groundbreaking diagnostic technologies designed to save the lives of thousands of pets - which he hopes one day will make its way into the field of human diagnostics.
Being a pioneer, Simon has faced both press and personal attacks ( including several death threats). He has seen unfounded lies published by rogue elements of the media and been the target of an ongoing smear campaign. But, he has persevered and as promised, has begun delivering the hypoallergenic cats to clients on target.
Many of these attacks began after his veterinary diagnostic company, CYNTEGRA, began legal actions against IDEXX Laboratories, which has tried everything in their power to close down CYNTEGRA and prevent the introduction of Simon's groundbreaking molecular diagnostic products. By threatening distributors, breaking trade laws, deceiving investors and mounting a smear campaign against Simon, IDEXX has so far succeeded in ensuring that this revolutionary product does not reach the market - resulting in the premature deaths of tens of thousands of cats and dogs - and keeping IDEXX' S profits at record levels. Select the History tab above to read about this case in greater detail.
After being approached to share and speak publicly about his experiences, Simon now acts as a consultant to young entrepreneurs with unique, first-to-market technologies and services focusing primarily in the pet retail and animal health industries.
